VEGETABLE PRAWN FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS. A

2 CUPS CAKE FLOUR.
1 CUP RICE FLOUR.
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER, AND I TEASPOON INSTANT YEAST.
2 TABLESPOONS CORN FLOUR.
2 EGGS, 1 TEASPOON SALT AND 1 TABLE SPOON SUGAR.
2 CUPS WATER

INGREDIENTS B.

2 CUPS BEANSPROUTS.
1 CUP PRAWNS, SHELLED AND DICED
1 CUP DICED GREEN CHILLIES AND CELERY.


METHOD.

MIX INGREDIENTS A TOGETHAR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH . THEN ADD IN INGREDIENTS B. LET IT REST FOR I HOUR.
HEAT 4 CUPS OF OIL AND WHEN IT IS HOT, SCOUP A TABLE SPOON OF THE MIXTURE AT A TIME AND FRY UNTIL CRISP.
